RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Judi Cook is retiring on March 16, 1995 from the City of McHenry after
having worked since April 23, 1972 as Communications Operator; and
WHEREAS, she has always served with dedication, devotion and integrity for many
years with the welfare of the City uppermost in her mind; and
WHEREAS, her contributions and accomplishments are duly noted and recognized;
and
WHEREAS, she showed us how to persevere through adversity; and
WHEREAS, she can look back with pride and satisfaction on a job well done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the
City of McHenry go on record as recognizing Judi Cook's twenty three years of dedicated
service and expresses its appreciation and gratitude and wishes her the best upon her
retirement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be incorporated into the minutes
of this meeting and that a copy of this Resolution be presented to Judi Cook.
