RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Joan Marth is currently the authorized agent for the City of
McHenry Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund; and
WHEREAS, Joan Marth is retiring from the City of McHenry on January 22,
1997; and
WHEREAS, Kathleen M. Kunzer has assumed the position of Deputy Clerk .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of McHenry, Illinois that Kathleen M. Kunzer is hereby appointed as the
authorized agent for the City of McHenry Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
PASSED this 16th day of December, 1996.
AYES: Bolger, Locke, Bates, Lawson, Baird.
