RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Christopher Novak was appointed to the City of McHenry Landmark
Commission on July 10, 1996; and
WHEREAS, he has recently resigned from the Landmark Commission wherein he had
given generously of his time and efforts; and
WHEREAS, his ability and civic interest in the City of McHenry has contributed to
the success of the Landmark Commission and his contributions are hereby noted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
McHenry go on record as recognizing these accomplishments and expresses its appreciation on
behalf of the citizens of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be incorporated into the minutes
of this meeting and that a copy be presented to Christopher Novak.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of December, 1997.
