A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FORAN AMENDMENT TO THE
BOONE CREEK SUBDIVISION UNIT I FINAL PLAT.
WHEREAS, the McHenry City Council at its regularly scheduled
Council Meeting held on September 2, 1998 authorized fence restrictions to
be place on Lots 286, 318, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, and
341 on the Final Plat of Boone Creek Subdivision Unit I by a three to two
vote; and
WHEREAS, the fence restrictions on said lots shall be as follows:
1. Fencing is prohibited within twenty (20) feet of the right-of-way
line of Dartmoore Drive and Curran Road;
2. Fencing installed parallel to the right-of-way line of Dartmoor
Drive and Curran Road shall be five (5) feet in height with a
natural color and a standard flat top board -on -board design.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mayor and City Council of
the City of McHenry go on record approving the inclusion of fencing
restrictions on the above -described lots in the Boone Creek Subdivision Unit
1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be recorded with the
McHenry County Recorder of Deeds.
