Residential District and Zoning Variations including, but not limited to, off-street parking and loading,
and minimum lot width.
Petitioner: B.D.K.M., LLC of 207 S. Draper Road, McHenry, IL 60050 (Contract Purchaser)
Location of Subject Property: The site consists of 0.23 acres, more or less, and is located on the southeast corner
of N. Freund Avenue and Grand Avenue.
6. Z-984 –Text Amendments to the City of McHenry Zoning Ordinance: The City of McHenry is proposing
text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance including, but not limited to, Chapter 16 Nonconformities.
