5. Z-986 - A Final Plat of Resubdivision, a Use Variance to allow a Mini-Warehouse, a Conditional Use
Permit to allow a future Drive-Thru Restaurant, Zoning Variations to minimum lot width, and any other
variations necessary to accommodate the proposed commercial development.
Petitioner: Pearl Street Commercial, LLC of 2207 Patriot Blvd, Glen View, IL 60026.
Site Information: The site consists of 8.934 acres, more or less, and is located on the southeast corner of
the intersection of N. Richmond Road and McCullom Lake Road, with a common address of 1860
Richmond Road, McHenry, IL 60050 (“Subject Property”).
