Requested Action: Approval of a minor variation to allow a rear yard setback of 11 feet in lieu of
the required 25 feet to accommodate an expansion of the existing attached garage.
Location of Subject Property: The Subject Property is located at 5313 W. Shore Drive, McHenry,
IL 60050 on the southeast corner of Sherman Drive and W. Shore Drive.
