Requested Actions: Zoning Map Amendment from E, Estate to RM-2 High Density Multi-Family Residential and other Variances to develop the subject property in accordance with the site plan to construct an approximately 74,000 square foot 72 unit independent unit living facility. Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 414 Crystal Lake Rd. Requested Actions: Conditional use permit for an automobile fueling station and a variance from the Landscaping and Screening chapter of the Zoning Ordinance and a variance from outdoor lighting from the provision in the Zoning Ordinance. Location of Subject Property: The subject property is located at 5301 Bull Valley Rd. 8.
