Historic District – Design guidelines for (Waukegan –Main Historic
District) Are there any more review comments?
Landmark/ Plaquing application form – should this be on the web site?
Walking Tour II – Was to be included in the Landmark portion of the City
web site.
City interdepartment web access - Landmark commissioners need access to
information and what various departments are involved with to assist in
planning and advise the city of historic preservation issues and concerns.

1. List of Ten Most Endangered Houses/Buildings – scheduled till Sept.
2. Peterson Farm engineering scope of work and estimated construction
costs by Aspect Design Architects (Nothing new from the city)
New Business
1. Attending seminars procedures and requirements – Was anyone
interested in attending the Hyde Park Preservation conference?
Obtain scope of work, construction schedule and phasing of when and
where construction renovation of Petersen farm house is to begin. Latest
response by City of McHenry was construction to begin in the fall of
2007. (Nothing from the City)
CDD is contacting IDOT to find out what is being planned for route
31 and route 120 upgrades to ease traffic problems.
CDD is contacting the city to find out what requirements are necessary
to store Petersen farm artifacts, collectibles and some furniture off site in safe storage during construction and renovation.
5. Continue packing and moving of furniture once a schedule / program
for construction / renovation is provided by the city - on hold
6 .Acquire new or former Landmark Commissioners to fill the vacancies
of three members who resigned.
