SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
Notice is given that a special meeting of the McHenry City Council will be held on Monday,
September 30, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 333 S Green St, McHenry, IL. The
purpose of the special meeting is to hold a strategic planning session.

1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Public Comments: Any member of the public wishing to address the Council is invited to do so by
signing in at the meeting entrance and, when recognized, stepping to the podium.
5. Strategic Planning Session
6. Adjourn.
