SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
Notice is given that a special meeting of the McHenry City Council will be held on Monday, June 24,
2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, 333 S Green St, McHenry, IL. The purpose of the
special meeting is to hold a strategic planning session and to discuss property disposition.

1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Pledge of Allegiance.
4. Executive Session
A. The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body (5 ILCS
120/2(c)(6).).
5. Public Comments: Any member of the public wishing to address the Council is invited to do so by
signing in at the meeting entrance and, when recognized, stepping to the podium.
6. Strategic Planning Session
7. Adjourn.
