Police Pension Board of Trustees
Special Meeting
November 6, 2013
A special meeting of the City of McHenry Police Pension Board of Trustees was called to order at 9:00 AM by President
Jeffrey Foerster in the McHenry Municipal Center, 333 S Green Street, McHenry, IL 60050. Other board members present:
Jon Meyer, Marc Fisher, Ormel Prust, and Kelly Ducak.
Others present: Recording Secretary Marci Geraghty.
Public Input
None.
Approval of Minutes
K. Ducak made a motion, seconded by O. Prust to approve the regular meeting minutes from October 8, 2013 as presented
and to hold them for audit. All ayes, motion carried.
Affirmation of the Decision and Order entered into on October 1 2013 authorizing line -of -duty disability pension for
Officer Justin DeBolt.
Motion by J. Meyer, seconded by M. Fisher to affirm the disability pension for Officer Justin DeBolt as presented.
President Foerster called for a roll call vote:
Ayes: Meyer, Fisher, Ducak, Prust, Foerster
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Motion carried
The Decision & Order was executed by the board and the recording secretary will distributed the document as directed.

J. Meyer made a motion, seconded by K. Ducak to approve bills as presented. President Foerster called for a roll call vote:

The next regular meeting of the board is scheduled on January 14, 2014 at 3:30 PM.

O. Prust made a motion, seconded by K. Ducak to adjourn the meeting.

Absent: None
Abstain: None
Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 AM.
