NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as specified in the Illinois Open Meetings Act that authorization is hereby granted to approve the destruction of Executive Session recordings that exists more than 18 months and the minutes for that meeting have been approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be made a permanent part of the City Council minutes. PASSED AND APPROVED this 15t' day of JANUARY 2018.
