RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Illinois Open Meetings Act specifies that Executive Session minutes be
reviewed at least once every six months; and
WHEREAS, upon the McHenry Board of Police Commissioners recommends approval
of the following Executive Session Minutes: and;
01/04/17 5/ILCS 120/2(c) (1) Employment Matters
WHEREAS, the McHenry Board of Police Commissioners recommends release of the
following Executive Session Minutes as the need for confidentiality no longer exists; and
01/04/17 5/ILCS 120/2(c) (1) Employment Matters
WHEREAS, no Executive Session minutes exist that are not released.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as specified in the Illinois Open Meetings Act that
authorization is hereby granted to approve the release of Executive Session minutes as
presented.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be made a permanent part
of the Board of Police Commissioners minutes.
