BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council

that the following described streets) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of engineering for the McCullom Lake Road improvements which
includes hot -mix asphalt resurfacing, sidewalk installation and traffic signal upgrades.

and be designated as Section 13-00077-00-RS

Dear Ms. Jones:
The Resolution for the above -referenced section adopted by the City Council on
June 17, 2013, received on July 18, 2013, was approved as of July 18, 2013.
This provides for Roadway Resurfacing and appropriates $125,000.00 of Motor
Fuel Tax (MFT) Funds for the subject section.
