In addition to this application, the following needs to be uploaded or submitted:
A site plan showing event layout, location of all structures (existing and/or temporary), property lines, abutting streets, ingress/egress.
A parking plan including on site and/or remote parking/shuttle.
A completed sign permit application, if applicable.
